TempoLens provides running analytics, training summaries, readiness signals, personal records, streaks, shoe mileage, and optional coach responses for general informational purposes. The app and coach do not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified medical professional for pain, injury, illness, or health concerns.

Accuracy and availability

TempoLens depends on device sensors, Apple Health data, user-entered information, network services, and third-party AI providers. Data, calculations, forecasts, and coach responses may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should not rely on TempoLens as the only source for safety-critical, health-critical, or race-critical decisions.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for using TempoLens safely, reviewing any guidance before acting on it, following applicable laws and venue rules, and choosing training that fits your condition, environment, and experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art Lussos is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, TempoLens.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Art Lussos harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of TempoLens, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.
